Fixes
#367 The #INPATH# and #OUTPATH# keywords only concern local paths. Remote paths can be retrieved from the keyword #ORIGINALFULLPATH#.
#365 Fixed an error in migration 0.7.0 caused by a bug in the purge history command. Prior to version 0.7.0, the purge command did not remove "transfer info" related to purged history entries. Therefore, it was impossible to migrate to versions 0.7.x if a history purge had been performed previously, and any of the purged entries had transfer info attached.
#366 Fixed an error preventing migration from a 0.7.x application version to another 0.7.X version. The database version was not changed, therefore making the migration ineffective.
