Fixes
#385 R66 partner passwords imported via the import command are now hashed correctly. Since version 0.8.0, R66 partners imported via this command had their passwords hashed incorrectly, resulting in them being unable to authenticate with Gateway.
#386 The task keywords #ORIGINALFILANAME# and #ORIGINALFULLPATH# have been fixed to correctly return a file name.
#388 If the use of a rule is free, the CLI will now show it clearly instead of displaying empty lists.
